Please be aware that during the Christmas period Deliveries may take longer, and there are less working days over the festive period! If you have any questions please contact our head office on 01928 579579
All items ordered through www.snooper.co.uk will be delivered within 3 working days from time of order placement. If there should be a delay to your order we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. All items will be delivered via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If the consumer is not available when the product is delivered the courier will leave a calling card and re-try the next working day. If the delivery is not made the next working day, another calling card will be left instructing the consumer to arrange for a pick up from the delivery hub. The package will be held at the delivery hub for a maximum of 7 days from second delivery drop.

Returns & Replacements
To exercise your right to return the received goods, all goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from receiving the delivery of your original order. For a full refund, all products must be returned unused, undamaged, with all the original packaging and any promotional gifts as originally supplied. If items are not returned in full, Performance Products Ltd reserves the right to deduct part or a percentage of the original purchase price at our discretion.The customer is required to pay for postage of non-faulty returned items but for incorrect/faulty products please call Performance Products Ltd before returning to discuss returns procedure. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and signed for. All returned goods will be inspected on arrival. Please allow at least 14 calendar days for us to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card used at the point of purchase and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. We will endeavour in all circumstances to refund your purchase within 24 hours of the receipt of the returned goods.
Availability: All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Ordering Errors: You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Confirm and Make Payment' on the final page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order: If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Delays: Occasionally, the despatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Cancellation and Refund Right: Consumers have the right to cancel any order placed online or via telephone until the item/s is dispatched, cancellation refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days. For item/s that are dispatched, all goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from receiving the delivery of your original order. Payment, Pricing & Promotions.
All items must be paid for prior to the despatch of goods. Payment of goods can be made by credit or debit card and by cheque. If paying by cheque please make payable to Performance Products Ltd and allow 5 working days for the funds to clear before the goods can be dispatched.
To view your order that has been placed on the website, a consumer will be asked to log into the site and full progress report on the order will be available.
Updating Account Information.
